All I can say is--I absolutely love this book and the series! I always wondered what the big hype was about it, but of course--you just have to read it. I can't even tell those of you who don't already know, what it's about. It would give Bella's first mystery away... Not to mention, you'll fall-in-love all over again. Its wonderful.

As soon as I borrow it from Lyd--I can join in on your pains of the upcoming casting choice. However, I think it was Mindy or Shanna who also had the same complaint. Maybe they could sympathize :).
P.S. Love how often you blog! And you said you weren't sure about the whole thing HA!
Watch out, Sarah, these books are totally addicting! I just finished the trilogy for the second time and loved it just as much as the first time. Interestingly, though, my first time through I liked New Moon the best and this time it was probably my least favorite.
I am sickened that the thought of them ruining the movie with poor casting choices...and it makes me wonder what other corners they might cut. I mean, don't they know that they can spare no expense here?? It's going to be a major money maker, even if it's terrible, but they could do all they can to make it Harry Potter quality. I guess we'll see.
My feelings here...
Twilight, terrific! New Moon (the second book) was definately my least favorite. Though I am not finished with Eclipse yet, I can already tell.
CAST MEMBERS--BOO!!! I actually like all of their choices, especially Bella, EXCEPT the most important character--EDWARD CULLEN. The actor Robert Pattinson (aka Cedric Digory from Harry Potter 4)...... leaves me speachless, in a BAD way. I was expecting a younger version of Brad Pitt or David Beckham...not this foolio. Oh well, maybe they can work a miracle and make him the charming, gorgeous, "bloodsucker" he is supposed to be! :) We shall see...
As far as Robert Pattinson goes, he looks ok....but what really has me worried are his teeth! He just doesn't have Edward's jaw-dropping, do-whatever-I-say smile. Sorry. Not even close.
If they redid his teeth, I may reconsider. If not, I may not see the movie.
LOVE this series :D Mmm hmmm!!!
Sarah! I'm glad you've read the books...I think everyone on our mom's side of the family has read them. We were thinking we should have an all-girls book club where we can discuss them. Edward...sigh.
